Yes, it is but you have to already have your AP #. If not you can book with a CR on the phone and just buy the AP when you get there. But you are only allowed access to the online AP website if you already have and AP #. Hope this helps!

You also need a code to put in, but I find them at mousesavers.com. You will need your AP in front of you with the number off the bottom to log in.

Thanks both of you, that's great - can you tell me whereabouts I can find where to book the AP Rate on the disney world website please? I already have my pass. Also, do you just pay a deposit? Thanks

At the top of the page, click where it says "Passholders." You'll have to enter your name and pass number. Then, it will show the PH deals currently available. Look for "Resort Deals" and click on that and it should show you whatever deals are in force. Click the "Book Now" button.

I've booked both online and by phone before and haven't needed a code...

Over the phone they didn't ask for any of my AP info but online you do need numbers from your actual AP to log in. From there, I didn't need any additional special codes to view/book the available resort discounts.

Thanks everyone, there was nothing available for AP Rate online, so I rang up, but same story, but managed to book Triple A Rate for the Caribbean Beach so not too bad.
