Booking air for later trips

Just want to give a shout out that if you have a fall/winter trip now is the time to book the air. ABD booked our October Egypt for 75% less than what it was going for last May (but these are still steerage seats). No one is booking right now, and prices are amazing. And yes, Carolyn as the ABD Air Concierge Specialist again confirmed that if they book your air and they cancel, they refund the air as well.

Ooh, thanks for the heads up. We have a September 2020 Egypt trip planned and still need air. May I ask which airline? We were looking at British Airways in February and ABD's price was higher than what we could book ourselves. We ended up not doing anything after the virus broke out.

Right now, British Airways is offering no change fees and ability to rebook within a year of your original flight if you have to cancel. So, that is a good deal as well. The flights have come down as well but not that much.

Still not sure if September trips will be going. Who knows at this point...

We also had been looking at British Air, but Air France/Delta today had some remarkable prices - $620 pp Round trip with two checked bags.... and while BA has come down, it wasn't that far! And remember, booking through ABD if they cancel they refund the air...
