Booking ADR's on DDP - Cant retrieve reservation

Hi,
I am trying to book ADR's for our trip in August, we are on the DDP. I have accessed the link to the restaurants but when I click on the orange book a reservation button below the restaurant and then try to retrieve a booking, it says it cannot find it. I am entering the 8 digit reference that Disney gave me ( 3 letters and five numbers, I have also tried the 6 number UK booking number) and it doesn’t work. I asked them for a 12 digit reference that I am sure I have seen mentioned somewhere but they said it was an 8 digit reference. Any help gratefully received.

Ours is 12 digits, we booked through Disney UK & I got the No. from Disney dining.

Do you have a contact number? as I say I have spoken to the reservations (hotel, tickets etc) people via the UK tel no.

It should also be asking you for the contact number you gave them at time of booking - I am guessing you would have submitted a mobile number - miss the 0 off the beginning of your contact number when you submit details.
