Do you normally book each day's restaurant as it comes for the 180+10 or do you do the favourite restaurants, like Le Cellier, Fantasmic package, Nemo package first and then come back to the other restaurants within that 10 day?

Also re the wishes dessert party, I assume if they bring it back someone on here will kindly post???? Really would like to do this.

Yes I would book them in order of preference. Once you check it into your basket, it becomes unavailble to the public (for 20 min I think). So if others are nabbing the best first and you get around to the top of the picks later, you have a reduced chance of getting them.

I am certain wishes dessert party will be posted if it comes back. Also, keep your eyes on the main dining board too.

hi - what is the nemo package please? thanks x

Nemo package is a bit like the fantasmic package (or so I am informed :lmao: - hark at me I havent a clue about anything :lmao:).

For reserved seating to see the nemo show (I think 3.15pm) - you eat at Tusker House (think between 1-1.40pm) - this then gives you free reserved seating at nemo so you do not have to queue up for so long - with the august heat we thought this might be a good idea :goodvibes You can do this under the free dining as well.

Just thought I would add, you have to call to book reservations for packages like Fantasmic! etc. You can't book them online. :thumbsup2

We love Fantasmic its probably our favourite evening show but having done the package at hollywood and vine last year, we have decided to just get there a bit early to make sure we get in. H & V is definatley not on our list to return.

It's a strange one H&V, we ate there back in April 2008 and we quite enjoyed it! We did it as part of the F! package and thought it was good.

It does get mixed reviews though on these boards. I suppose it depends what on the menu, how busy it is and how stressed out waitress' get whilst on shift.

We couldn't fault our server though, our plates were removed when we were up at the buffet each time, drinks were refilled and she was very helpful and polite through-out.

We're giving it another chance on our trip in May, as I didn't fancy the other restaurants on offer in DHS, so I guess I'll have to see how it goes this time.

Try Mama Melrose, we've done it here the last 2 years. Food very good both times, fantastic service first time but very slow last year. You get a starter aswell. if you can manage it.

Mama melrose is on our 'Maybe' list, we have a few definates and a few more maybes, we have to be careful because of a fussy eating 16 and 13 year old. I dont think i would have any trouble fitting the starter in though :rotfl2:

I know what you mean .... there will be a 15 year old and a 12 year old who can be quite fussy ... then there is my mum who does not like anything garlicky, too spicy etc ... so you can imagine the fun I have had to sort out 8 people !
