Booking ADRs for 7? 1 or 2 tables

We have our ADR date coming up! We are 7 in 3 rooms all linked on my disney experience log in.

When make the reservations, is there a way I need to do it so that they all link as well? I assume the ADR will be under my name/room showing for all 7?

Also if we are stuck unable to get a table for 7, how do I split it up? Ie table for 3 and table for 4 if that is the only way to get a certain ADR. Ie le cellier or b.o.g. Do I need to switch profile to get the 2nd table at same time ?

If you want to be seated at one table do your best to find a single reservation for all of you. If you split your group and make 2 reservations the second one will have to be in the name and phone number of someone else because the system will usually ask if you want to cancel the first reservation. It usually will not let you book 2 reservations close together in time. If you need to make a second reservation it is usually easier to call and explain what you want to do. As long as the reservations are close together in time you can ask at the podium to be seated together. The CMs will do their best, but it is just a request and may not be possible so pick the grouping that will work best if you end up at separate tables (4/3 or 5/2).

If being seated together is important, keep checking online as often as possible to find the reservation you want.

We are getting ready to book our ADR's for our Nov 1st trip and we plan to try and book all 7 of us together. Our reservations are also linked under My Disney Experience.

Picking restaurants that are better for big groups like Ohana and Via Napoli and we plan to be on line right at 6am 180 days out to get it!!!
