Booking Activities for Multiple Rooms

Our family is sailing on the Fantasy in June. We have 8 staterooms which have reservations that are linked. When it comes time for us to book our port adventures and onboard activities, can we each be on our own devices booking our own activities at the same time? Or is only one person from the entire linked group able to be logged in to make the all bookings? Thanks for your help!

I believe only one reservation at a time can be booking. Now, if every room is the same Castaway Club status, then one person can book for everyone. But, if the rooms are different levels of CC, then the people whose window hasn't opened yet will be greyed out and unselectable for booking.
