Booking AAA Rate or Fan Club

Hi,
I am a bit confused, do both AAA and Fan club qualify you for Loews perks?
Both rates are coming up the same for April 10-12 but it seems you get a better discount on tickets with fan club? The rates are high for both and thus it will have to RPR rather than HR. I was doulbecharged by RPR last time we stayed there and am a bit leary of this hotel but HR is $60 more per night, not sure its worth it.

Also, I called Loews to book AAA rate and got transferred to Universal vacations? Will this still get me my loews perks?

Also, if trying to book AAA online it puts me into a special AAA universal vacations site. Is this still a qualifying rate? I am still thinking of buying tix through fan club which are $76 instead of $79.

I honestly don't have a clue as to how to answer your question because I didn't think Fan Club rates were available any longer. I still have my old blue paper Fan Club card, thinking it only served as a momento anymore. I am very interested in answers to your question. Are the $76 tickets for 7 consecutive days? How did you find out about the tickets? Just when I thought I knew of all the available discounts out there!

You probably weren't transferred to Universal vacations but just the universal hotels line. Universal vacations is a separate agency.

I didn't realize that fan club rates were even still available but I don't believe that will give you any perks or count towards future stays. What code are you using for fan club? I tried FAN but it didn't get me anything on the Loews reservation website.

The fan club rates appear on the fanclub website, I didn't even have to log in and yes, $76 was for 7 day tickets.

This is 10 percent discount rates for hotel and tickets.

I think I will book AAA vacations if it means I will get my Loews privelages? It also included a bonus coupon savings.

I don't see anywhere on the fanclub site where you can book rooms. It just sends you to the normal booking page if you click on hotels at the top of the page. Supersaver rate looks to be the lowest rate.
