Hello everyone! My family and I have decided to go on a big family trip to WDW. There are 11 of us that would be going. I have never booked a trip with this many people and I need some advice from people that have.

There are 11 of us and we have all decided that we want to stay at Pop Century (we are not interested in staying in a suite). We would need 5 separate rooms (does not need to be connected).

What I am concerned about is having us all under the My Disney Experience App even though we are under different rooms.

How does this work? Can I do this online or do I have to call Disney directly for such a large party?

Any advice with so many people?

Thank you for all your help!

I would have one person per room book a room. They can do that online. (I'm pretty sure you cannot have a lead person on more than 1 room).
If you all are "friends & family" under MDE, you should be able to book FP+ together and also share Memory Maker.

I would need to book fast pass and dining so that we can all eat together! Would being under friends and family allow me to do that too?

Yes! You will be able to book them! My husband and I are going with his family in November. I am handling our trip, but his family, of 11, will do their plans, but because we are all Friends and Family, they will book our fp for the days we are with them. They also did the ADR for Hoop Dee Doo Review and it showed up under our plans as well once he gave me the reservation number.

Just make sure everyone has their tickets linked in MDE prior to your 60 day mark and you should be fine. Also give everyone a heads up that you will be requesting them as they need to approve it.

I would also suggest that you be sure to have more than one account on MDE. Booking meals for 11 people can be challenging, but with two accounts, (be sure that a lead guest is on the second account) you can book two ADR's in the same time frame, ensuring that if you need to break the group in half, or if some of you want to dine elsewhere, you will not be declined.

I have booked for 9 people and we have a blast. Have fun!

Are you sure you want to do everything together? Or will you all split up some days?
