On our West Coast cruise, DH & I were planning on going to the canopy adventure and my mother said that she'd watch the kids that day. My DS wants to go to the Dolphin Encounter and she said she'd take him there. Will it be possible for me to schedule and pay for the Dolphin Observer for her even though she's in a different stateroom?

I know that you don't pay for the shore excursion until you're on the ship. I would recommend booking it now, then when you get on board go to the Shore Excursion desk and ask them if they can charge it to your room (don't know if they can or not, but it doesn't hurt to ask). If they can't, have it charged to her room, then you can either give her $ for it, or buy all her souveniers on the ship (have them charged to your room) :)

Hope this helps!

Yes, you can do this. When you call just explain what you want to do. We gave my Dad the parasail trip on CC for his birthday. What I think they did was make the reservation and we put the amount of the excursion on his room tab. Sort of on account. I charged it to my credit card. It worked just fine. They even had a card in the cabin saying happy birthday and when the reservation was for.

I just did this. We are traveling with three other families. I called Disney and was able to book the same excursion for all of us -- All I needed was either their stateroom numbers or their confirmation numbers. Disney said they would mail separate confirmation notices to all of us.
