We will be heading to Universal for a three night stay in August. I checked out all the rates and booked it at an APH rate which saved me $300 over just booking the room without. The AP was $90 more than the 4 day ticket I need but the room savings made it worth it. My question is can I get the AP for my 10yr old son and get the rest of us 4 day tickets or does the AP have to be for My DW or myself. The 10 yr old needs an adult ticket but don't know if this will work. The reason I was thinking of doing this is he might end up going with his cousins in the spring so the AP for him would make sense but that is not definite. Hope I didn't confuse everybody. TIA

I believe that as long as someone in the room has an AP you are fine.

the only policies i could find to answer your questions were:

only one ap needed for booking the room.

must be 21 to book a room.

i believe you are good to go.
the room will be booked by an adult and one member in the group in the room will be holding an adult ap.
