Booking a MK tour ?

We will be traveling with my in laws in July. For a gift I want to book the keys to the kingdom tour for them. I’ve never booked a tour before- do they request the names of those going on the tour? Would there be any issue with me buying them with my DVC discount but not actually be one of the people going on the tour?

The DVC member needs to attend, showing ID and DVC member card. I took the tour in September, it was very good.
