Booking a cabana when in concierge...can I book more than one?

If only one of us in our party is in concierge would they allow them to book more than one cabana at the 120 day mark? Has anyone every done this? Or is it limited to the number in your party who booked concierge?

You can book one cabana per reservation number, and it can be booked on the date the reservation holder is eligible for booking shore excursions, whether due to being concierge or being a Castaway Club member (or not).

Looking at your second question, it does not depend on the number of concierge guests. For example, a couple string in a concierge cabin could not book two cabanas. It is a limit per cruise reservation.

FYI: if you have a large group they now have one cabana that holds. It's Cabana 21 and will hold 16? people.

I'm not sure exactly, but I think you can. As a platinum guest, I have had no problem booking 2 cabanas at a time. When I was in concierge I only booked one though.

The opposite of our experience. However, this just goes to show the best answer is from Disney (call the shoreside concierge host or call DSL) themselves. This board is great, but of course not the place for the final answer! I'm sure I'm either right or wrong!

For my wife's 60th birthday, she and I were in the Walt suite. Our kids and their families traveled as well in non-concierge staterooms (total of 15 people). We were able to have concierge reserve 2 cabanas for us at 120 days. Turns out that we could not use them, since the seas were too rough that daya and we were unable to dock at Castaway Cay.

You can book more than 1. We are traveling with 2 other families in April and my family is the only family in concierge. Shoreside concierge told me they would try to book the Grand Cabana (#21) first and if that was already booked they would book 2 side by side regular cabanas for us. The stipulation is that the other 2 families had to pay off the remaining balance at the same time I did to be able to be included in any of my reservations.
