Booking a breakfast at the castle....

HI all,

I was wondering:

1- where to call to reserve a table for the breakfast in the castle
2- when to call (like how long in advance - i've heard months!)

You can make priority seating for Disney resturants 90 days in advance.

The breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table is VERY popular & very hard to get into.

Dinner & lunch is easier.

You can call the same number you call to book your room and press the option for dining.

You can book 90 days in advance, I do believe they request a deposit now, not totally sure on that. Also the dining reservations open at 7am EST and they the princess breakfast at the castle can sell out very quickly so be prepared for that in your planning

Because it is so popular, you have to call 7am EST exactly 90 days ahead of the date you want. There is a deposit taken when you book ($10/adult, $5/child).

This Character Breakfast is tough to get. I would make the analogy that it is similar to a radio contest. The first 10 callers win. I start dialing at 6:59AM EST and continue until I get the Welcome to WDW message. Then I start hitting the numbers to get through the prompts.

I would practice getting throught the prompts the night before so you are ready the next day. If you do not get to an agent by 7:15AM EST you might as well forget it.

If you dont' get in by 7:04 forget it. I tried for the week before thanksgiving(slow season) last year... and no luck whatsoever!! ugghh. Hoping for better luck this year.

I got lucky on a cancellation the week before my now DD8's 5th BD. It's wonderful!

I got it on my first try ever 2 days ago. See the tips on the dining board.

Basically all I did was program 407-WDW-DINE into speed dial on the Cell (no long distance charges) and keep redialing from about 6:57. As soon as you here the welcome and start getting the options press 1, 1 and you should get right through. When I got through I even ad my choice of times.

Good luck to all of you who are trying for Cindy's. I got lucky twice, and both times it was on my third day of trying. Don't give up, and talk FAST, so the CM can grab the ressie before someone else gets that last one!
