Booking 6 days at the Fort under three different reservations.

To get 6 days in a row booked in a Premium Meadow campsite during the Christmas Holiday, I had to book 3 different reservations over a course of a month in order to get those 6 days in a row. Reservations are for 2, 1 and 3 days. I did call and verify if these reservations will allow us to stay in the same camp site as they are all the same type (Premium Meadow). The reservation cast member said it "should be ok", and to "just let the check in crew that we have multiple reservations over 6 days". He told us they would rather us stay in one site as it's easier on the ground crew.

I just want to see if anyone else "piece mealed" together a vacation at the Fort with different reservations and weren't forced to move. Don't want to show up and have to move twice during our trip. TIA

We have done multiple reservations just like this over the years and have never been made to move, just let the CM know during check in and you will be fine.

When you check into the Fort for the first time, tell the Cast Member that you have two "Continuing Stays" after the first one. Your second and third stay will have been randomly pre-assigned different site numbers most likely. Provide the CM with the reservation info for those stays and they (or someone in the back room) will swap you to the site assigned for the first stay. You will have to check in again for stays 2 and 3 but you won't have to move then since you've been assigned the same site number.

So as @Corgidad said, it's not a problem but use the phrase "continuing stay" and they'll know what to do. They have to do it at times for other guests.

PS - congrats on stringing together 6 nights during Christmas. You are proof that persistence pays off.

No issue BUT the front desk will have to do process once you get to camp ground.
