Booking 2 different room types in one trip

Trying to learn how things work with DVC.

If I wanted to book a trip for 7 nights total....2 nights @ AKL studio (Fri & Sat nights) followed 5 nights @ AKL 1 BR....would I be able to do that in 1 call @ the 7 month mark or would I need to make 2 separate reservations since it is two different room types?

Good to know. We are thinking of doing 7 nights THV and 4 nights SSR if I can decide.

I don't think you need two calls to make two reservations. For our upcoming trip in October I made one reservation for a two bedroom for the first five days and another reservation for a one bedroom for the next five days, both at the same resort. We have two reservations made with one call.

Did you call at exactly 7 months out from the first arrival date, or a few days after the 7 month window opened?
