O.K. So we are all playing the airfare game, trying to work the system best we can. I now may have to do a multi-city trip, seeing family ahead of our WDW trip. I am possibly looking at flying into RSW (Ft. Myers) and out of MCO. I can still get 79 per person into Ft. Myers on AA, but it is double to return when we'd like. I am going to be checking into all carriers...am I just asking for security trouble...and confusion and headaches? There comes a point when time/aggrivation = money...so who has done this sort of travel recently?

Thanks

Pam

I do it all the time and never have any problems...

We've used different airlines for the coming and going flights many times and never had an issue. Now that the airlines don't discount for round trip, it doesn't make a difference. Just find your best fares or flights at times you want. You are at the airport on 2 separate occasions, so you have to do all the security stuff anyway.

Last Nov/Dec, I flew into MCO on Song and flew home to Boston on JB. No problems whatsoever. In May, my dh and dd will be flying from Boston to MCO on JB, but returning, with me, on Delta from Tampa. I don't anticipate any problems then either...well, as long as Delta stays in the air anyway!!

I just booked Delta to MCO and AA coming home.

Just booked a flight to Puerto Rico on Continental and back on American. I read they might do a security check more carefully on one way tickets. I don't mind though.

SW one way, Delta the other and no problems for me either leg.
