Booked!!

Thank you to you all,i was brave and phoned dlp to book rather than going through thomsons!(i hate phoning people)and daftly by going 24hrs earlier i have saved myself over £200 on Eurostar!
Do i need to ask dlp for a ref number for Eurostar so i can choose our seats,i have had the email saying i have booked but im assuming that number wont work?
On the passport front i have hinted at a weekend away(left brochures for Ireland on the coffee table)so will just tell him to renew it when the time comes!
Better start planning,only 8mths to wait :jumping:

Congrats on the booking. Not sure you get to pick your seats on Eurostar, I think they allocate them for you.

yes, you can choose your seats on eurostar...we did it when you book over a phone and there was a thread somewhere here that someone book through travel agent and then also mange to choose their seats... will try to sear to find it...
