After two weeks of intensive research and much discussion (well, much talking by me, much listening by DH blush), we're all booked for Aug 2012
2 weeks at POR with tickets, car, upgrade to DDP and flights with Virgin.

Only 9 months to decide on my ADR's before I can book them

I love that just booked feeling POR is such a pretty resort. Have you stayed there before?

Oh and it's 9 months to decide on ADRs followed by 180 days to try change them around

Now you just need to get yourself a ticker

The planning is so on

I haven't been to WDW in over 20 years, and it's the first time for DH and 2xDD and no, never stayed on site before.

Do need to get that ticker sorted out... Maybe tomorrow?

Happy to take on any thoughts on ADR's. DD's will be 8 & 6 and have upgraded to the DDP so we can include a few character meals.

DH is deserate to meet Donald Duck as he has been to DLRP 3 times without seeing him! DD1 wants to meet Stitch and for DD2 it's all about the princesses and

Am two thirds of the way through the unofficial guide, or the Disney Bible as we're calling it. Wish it were this year

we just got back from pofq on fri morning and i miss it already

we upgraded to the ddp as well and am so glad we did it was nice on a hot day to have an airconditioned place to eat and chill

congratulations on your booking - we booked this time last year for August this year - it comes around very quickly really - we've now only 72 days to go (it started at 429!)

I love the planning and talking about it non stop phase of the trip!

Oh I love the UG/Dinsey bible

I always want to do loads of planning at the just-booked stage. It calms down a bit and then hits you in waves in the run up to the trip.

Donald is at Cape May (at the Beach Club), Chef Mickey (Contemporary), Tusker House (AK)


Lilo and Stitch are at the Ohana Best Friends Breakfast which we really enjoyed.

Princesses at Akershus (1 TS credit) and at the castle (2 TS credits).

Planning is such fun
