OK booked our room for October 15th through the 18th! :cool1:
Hard Rock Hotel with pool view. And four tickets to the HHN for the 16th.:rotfl:

Came out to 1024.00 total.

I am so excited! Now I just need to book our rental car and plan our meals which def. will include Margarittaville. :lovestruc

I am planning a vacation for onsite for May of 09 but I wanted to try out the onsite experience and do the HHN like now! lol

I just hope that it wont be too much for our ten yr old. He isnt a horror buff but our 14 yr old is.

Cool!

As for a rental car, have you thought about using a towncar to get to/from the airport and HRH. If you plan on doing things offsite, then its good to have a rental car. But if you don't plan to leave property, a towncar might be a better choice. Most towncars will do a grocery stop on the way to the hotel. You won't be charged a parking fee when you use a towncar. We've used a towncar the last few trips and really liked it.

you will love staying on site.
you won't see many kids at hhn.
10 is quite young for it.
even 14 might be pushing it on the fear level. if fear is not an issue, the profanity and sexual innuendo in the shows might be not acceptable for you with the kids.

watch the old clips on the hhn site and see how your kids handle it.
you can pull up some youtube videos from year's past also.

once you do the onsite stay, it is difficult to stay off site.
but, if you are on a budget, any where you stay in the future is worth it for going to Universal.

YIKES:sad2:
ok maybe daughter and dad can go and me and our son can find something else to do. any ideas???????
