Booked WWD and It Doesn't Show up in MDE?

Hi Disfriends!

I'm getting really excited! I have made all of our November trip ADRs, and things are starting to feel real! I booked WWD just now with MS, and I asked the CM if the reservation will show up in MDE. She said that it definitely would. I refreshed a few times while I was still on the call with her, plus I refreshed after I hung with her, and our WWD does not show up in MDE. I even asked her if I needed to somehow link this reservation somewhere in MDE and she just laughed and said no. This isn't a huge deal...I have the reservation number. However, I'm just a tiny bit afraid I'll forget about the event because it's not showing up in MDE. Is the CM correct that this kind of reservation does show up in MDE? If so, who should I contact to make sure it shows up? If not, I'll just have to make extra sure we don't miss this fun event. We are bringing my cousin and her hubby and I'm so excited for them to experience this!

What is WWD?

Only room reservations, dining reservations and tickets will automatically show in MDE. Anything else can be added on the MDE website as a "Note".

@erionm WWD is "Wicked Wind Down", which is a DVC event in the Top of the World lounge at the top of Bay Lake Tower. And, it's not a huge deal that it's not showing up in MDE, but I always use MDE as my "reminders for the day". And, I had no idea you could add a note in MDE! That's fantastic! How do I do this?

You have to use the MDE website to add a "Note". Click on the "Add More Plans" button and then select "Notes". You can then enter the Date, Time, Location (resorts are selectable) and include that Note on other peoples plans so they see them (if they have their own MDE account).
