Booked with travel agency using an "agency exlusive"...can we upgrade?

Currently we're booked for November 2018 as a split stay (BWI Standard for 3 nights, then the balance of 5 nights at the Poly GV CL). The agency we booked with had "agency exclusives" that we booked under, but I was wondering if there was any way to upgrade to a BWI CL (paying of course, not looking for a freebie). Technically I THINK I can ask agency to turn the reservation over to us at this point since our trip is paid in full, but she's truly been amazing to work with and I don't want to hurt feelings in any way as we plan to use her going forward.

If the agency doesn't have BWI CL as part of their exclusive you will pay the Disney rate. Now if they have BWI CL as part of their exclusive and rooms are still available you can definitely upgrade.

I've booked their labor day exclusive and it was an amazing deal.

Yeah they didnt have the BWI CL exclusive at all. Not even BC. We just wanted to try a CL at the Epcot resort while there. Guess that'll be for some other time.
