I don't think so. When I booked an Illumination cruise for Dec 10th, I was also asked for the number of people who would be on the cruise and told the CM that at the moment it was just me and my mom, but I'd probably be adding more people later. He said no problem, but to be sure and call back 14 days prior to the cruise with our exact number as they'll need to make sure there's enough life vests and snacks. The CM said the cruise was $250.00 (with tax) and was ours reguardless of how many people we had. He also made a point of saying if it stayed just me and my mom, that was OK too. We'd just have private cruise, but it'd still be $250.00. I called WDWPLAY a few weeks ago to tell them we would have ten people afterall and the CM said that was fine and he'd write it down, but I'd still need to call on Nov 26 (14 days out) to reverify the time and number (just in case the time for Illuminations or our numbers changed), so I'll be calling tomorrow (on the 26th)as instructed. Most people on the DIS book the cruises, planning to add fellow DIS's later. How could they do that if Disney is also adding people? Also what about the couple who want a romantic cruise alone? Besides I was told when I gave them my credit card number that if I didn't show up it would be billed for $250.00. I'll be calling tomorrow to reverify our departure time and numbers, so will ask if there's been anymore policy changes.
Didn't they just go up on the prices and decrease the number of people alllowed from twelve to ten in like October? I can't see them making more changes this soon.
