After what would have been close to 7 long years I have finally booked to go back to Disneyland Paris - Well, our Eurostar tickets anyways! Paid £144 for myself, husband and daughter who will turn 2 on the trip which I am happy about. The ideal situation would have been to stay onsite, however, pricing up just the two star hotels I am getting prices over £990 just for accomodation for 3 nights. For the type of holiday where I will be using the hotel solely to sleep in I can not justify these prices so have decided on off site again. After a quick google search I have found the Kyriad for £217 and the B&B Hotel for £192. Does anybody have any feedback following at stay at either of these hotels? Also, do you think these are good prices for these hotels or could I find a better deal? I would appreciate any input, thanks.

Staying onsite includes your park tickets, while staying at the Kyriad or other offsite hotel does not, so do take that into consideration. Check the Disneylandparis website for ticket prices, and also check out dlpguide.com for information and prices on Annual Passes. Your 2 year old doesn't need a ticket, also she will eat free in all the buffet restaurants.

Wow that is expensive!! I haven't checked your dates, but I am booking for February 2016 and have found the SQL for £438 for 4 nights, including park tickets, that's for 2 adults and 1 infant!

I think the Cheyenne and Santa Fe were like £350.

That's a lot for the cheap hotels. Are you looking during school holidays?

We've paid £1018 for 4 nights at the DLH in March.

Sequoia etc were only like £500 for the same dates.

Thank you for mentioning annual passes as this is not something I ever considered looking into. If we do end up staying offsite then the Francilien pass works out cheaper then buying the '4 days for the price of 3' tickets from Disney. With this option there is a blackout day on the 17th April, however, I had planned to use this day to explore the city so it should not be a problem. From what I understand I would have to purchase the passes via post to ensure I am able to use them on my arrival day at the park.

I thought it was extremely overpriced, even for Disney! I just hope I have been doing something wrong as I really had my heart set on staying onsite this time around. Our dates are 15-18 April so if I am not mistaken the week after the Easter holidays come to an end. If I found prices similar to those stated above I would book in a heart beat.

Ok, have just checked again and exactly the same thing is coming up, and this is supposed to be an early booking fee!

Hi :)

You've got the French school holidays then which could partly explain the high price - All 3 zones will be on holiday that weekend which isn't great

The B&B is a as yet unfinished hotel (they are still building it) so I'd be a bit wary of bookng it just yet

Have you had a look at the hotels at Val d'europe which have a shuttle bus also but are within walking distance to the park - Hipark and Adagio are both under 20 mins. You have the Hotel Elysée and the Residence home which are very close to the RER train. In under 5 minutes you can be at the park gates as it's only 1 stop

Have you tried looking through other countries offers? You can book through a Belgium, Dutch, French, ... offer without issues, this often saves you a lot of money. Keep in mind that the Fantasy and Dream annual pas give more discounts to food and souvenirs + free parking so it's often worth looking at those. Something a lot of families do is buy a Dreampas for one of them and fantasy/francilien for the others. That way you'll have the restaurant discount for everyone (it applies to your whole table) and souvenir discounts, free parking and such without having to splurge out on Dream passes for everyone.
Check out this website too, it's a Dutch one whom offers AP's cheaper than directly through Disney. We got ours through them and they were very reliable: http://www.dlp-kaarten.nl/

That's a shame, I hadn't realised it was French school holidays. I wont even ask what the crowds will be like! My reason for choosing these particular dates was my daughters birthday weekend but in hind sight if I had known I definitely would have put off the trip for a few more weeks. It is frustrating knowing that I will end up paying more because of this especially because I am not restricted to traveling in peak/expensive seasons due to my daughters age, but it is my own fault for not doing the research.

The B&B Hotel I had been pricing up was definitely open and had reviews so I must have been looking at the wrong hotel as well! I have had a look at some of the other partner hotels but the Kyriad is still coming up the cheapest.

I have just been on a number of Disney websites for other countries and have found better prices, the cheapest being around £650 for the Santa Fe on the disneylandparis.de but I'm still not convinced this is a good enough deal to justify staying onsite.

Would just like to thank everyone that has taken the time out to provide me with suggestions so far!
