No, AAA owns the reservation. You need to call AAA.

I had a AAA vacation in 2011. I did set up my room request through AAA, but the AAA travel agent gave me my Disney room confirmation code and I was able to use that to make my own dining reservations. I'm wondering if you have the room confirmation whether you can just call in yourself and add your room request? Seems logical that you should be able to since you can make your own dining reservations 180+10, but I don't know for sure since I didn't try it.

we booked our Sept '11 vacation through AAA, and we could not make the requests for location or anything by directly calling Disney. I called and was told that I had to make the request through my TA. Actually did this a few times because phone CMs are notorious for giving bad information, but each time I was told to call AAA.

Dining reservations, even with the 180+10, aren't really linked to your reservation. Anyone can make dining reservations whether they have a package booked or not, so it does not matter who booked it. Disney also does not pay commission on dining reservation bookings, so most travel agents will not book them for the clients which is probably another reason.

Another reason you cannot add your own request is because when you call Disney, they won't be able to access your full reservation. They will see it's owned by AAA and advise you to contact your agent. I don't believe AAA releases the reservation back to Disney until shortly before your trip.
