Booked the Poly for early June

We're considering visiting June 6 through June 13 or holding off untill July.
Is there a significant difference in the crowds between those 2 periods ? The official schedule would lead me to believe parks are less crowded before June 13th, based on park hours and spectromagic/fantasmic times.

We went in August last time and had a very trying time dealing with the crowd level . . . . .

I've never been either of those times (yet), but logically I would think that July would be more crowded since many schools are still in session the 1st half of June.

I have been in early June and July (also August), there is really no significant difference in the crowds between any of these times, with early June only being SLIGHTLY less crowded then July and usually on par with Mid-August. Early June is crowded since a lot of Southern Schools have already gotten out for summers, even though the Northern schools are still in session. The same is for mid-August, most Southern Schools are back, whereas the Northern Schools are still out. If you thought August was WAY TOO CROWDED, Early June won't provide much of a respite from the crowds. Basically, anytime from the beginning of June until the end of August is VERY crowded for WDW. Slightly less in early June and late August, but not a big significant difference IMO.

We will be at the Poly June 4-11. Having lived in the south, I figured every week gets a little bit hotter in the summer, so we are leaving as soon as school gets out. According to www.allearsnet.com it is a moderately busy time of year to visit.

We will be there June 7-12.

We are there the 12th - 18th - first possible flight out after school lets out. YEAH!!!!
