Booked Swan for $129 a night 12/2-12/4!!

I was lucky enough to get this code last year for the Mousefest gathering the same weekend. Last year I stumbled upon it at Allearsnet.com, for $99 per night....this year it is $129 a night but still well worth it! I am psyched, just had to share the good news in case anyone else is planning to be there the same weekend....yuo can get the code too....

I had received the email from allearsnet.com about the Mousefest discount and trashed it, thinking I wasn't interested.

After reconsidering, I called Swan/Dolphin reservations and just asked for the Mousefest rate - got the Swan for $129 for Dec. 2.

Dh called and booked the rate last night. We are really happy since its such a good rate and we will already be there all week for dh conference. This is turning out to be a cheap vacation as dh would say. The 3 ds are happy I think. One ds really wants to check out the basketball courts this time. Look out swan, here we come!!

I am happy those who posted they got the code did get it! It does make it much more affordable and easier to swallow considering how expensive everything is in Orlando and at Disney.

What are the dates the $129 rate is available?

The dates are Dec. 1 - 3.

Is it like Disney, where you get the rate based on your check-in date for your whole stay (check-in Dec 2nd staying thru the 10th), or is it only available the nights of Dec 1st, 2nd and 3rd?

It is only good for those specific nights - Dec 1,2, & 3.

DH was telling me a few days ago how much he would like to stay at the Swan or Dolphin and I have been waiting for AP codes (can't use best rate, too late). I hated the thought that we might have to pay rack rates! Now, thanks to your post, I was able to call the Swan & Dolphin reservation # and get Swan for $129 plus tax for the 2nd & 3rd! Thank you so much! My DH is very happy! I just love the Dis!

FYI.........I asked for Nov. 30th and Dec. 4th also and they gave them to me for the same price- $129 @ for the 5 nights. I've wanted to try the Swan, and it will be neat being there with the Allearsnet group. Ho, ho, ho.........

I just booked - she would only give me the rate for the nights of 12/1-12/3. Bummer. We'd like to fly home 12/5. Maybe we can get lucky with an AP rate or other special.

I'd try calling again and ask for the convention person since Mousefest (Allearsnet.com) is planning/hosting the event and it is a convention of sorts. Since we are staying at the Swan this year, we will be able to pop in to some of the events with ease. Good luck.
