Booked Randy!

After lots of thought DF and I decided to not use Disney photography and go with Randy Chapman. I called him first thing today and was so happy to find out he was free on the day of my wedding ! DF is sending the deposit ASAP. I really want to thank everyone who has posted anything about Randy. If it were not for this board I would have never heard about him and may have ended up paying at least $1,000 more for pictures. I feel 100% sure I made the right choice by going with Randy!

Yay!! Thats awesome!! Your wedding is right before mine and I'm using Randy too! (just sent the deposit Monday!!) We also added on an engagement session with him. He is SO nice isn't he??? I think there should be a groupie club for Randy lmao! haha

Thanks. His wife Lynda was the one I spoke to, and she was so sweet.
Do you know where you want to have your engagement session at? At this point I have no clue where I plan to do mine so any ideas would be great.

Our session is this July 12th, in the morning. ( I just booked it a few days ago...I am SO lucky that Linda is SO nice and squeezed us in that morning!)
I think we are wanting to have the session at Boardwalk (since that is where we are getting married) and along the water at Beach/Yacht Club. I love the engagement portraits he does. And this is something DF is ACTUALLY excited about! lol What are your ideas so far for your session???

DF and I can't make it back to WDW until March or April and we are still not sure on the dates. Part of me is thinking that's to late for an engagement session. If we do have one I'm thinking POFQ, POLY and Ft.Wildreness. I know Ft.Wild. might sound crazy, but I used to work front desk there when I was in the college program so the location means a lot to me. If we don't get to do one at Disney I'll have to settle for the Corpus Christi Bay, which won't be that bad.
The Boardwalk is a beautiful setting for pictures. I'm sure your photos will turn out great. You and your DF are going to have so much fun!
