Hello, We are just back yesterday and as far as sections not being finished, all I can think of is the sister resort "Legendary Years" which is 1/2 done. You can see it across Hourglass Lake. It will be the 00's, 10's, 20's, etc.
We stayed in Rm 6102 in the 70's. We liked the location. We were close to Classic Hall for the food court and the busses and fairly close to the Hippy Dippy pool, also. 60's are the preferred location that you will pay an extra $10/night for. We were actually closer to Classic Hall than the farthest 60's rooms and IMO I would not want to be right next to the pool because of the noise factor. We had a walk to our car in the 70's parking lot. Some 80's and 90's would be closer to the car, but farther away from the pool and food court. If we stay at Pop again, I might request 70's or 50's. The music from "your" decade is playing when you go outside.
I think there is a map of the resort posted on one of the threads. My kids are teenagers, so they were ok with walking to the car. If you will be taking the bus all the time, you would want to be closer to Classic Hall. The kids loved Pop and were very happy. Everything Pop!, the food court was kind of a nuthouse in the morning - several CM's said they were completely booked and hadn't scheduled enough help. Have a magical vacation!
