I recently did a DIS cruise and put down the $200 for my next cruise to get the discount. The last cruise I used Costco as my travel agent. If I call DIS and add Costco as my travel agent do I still get the discount plus what ever Costco offers which is typically a cash card for the Costco store?? Has anybody else done this?

Search around. Yes, people routinely add a travel agent.

For my cruise, Costco was offering like $250 in a Costco card. My agent is getting me $575 (yes, I'm aware that if I did things a certain way, I could get a decent chunk of that myself without an agent).

When I did my onboard booking, they asked me if I wanted to use the TA that booked the cruise I was on. I said yes, the reservation is with her again, and I got OBC from both Disney and my TA.
I don't know how it works transferring the booking after the fact, but I don't see why you couldn't. I am pretty sure you will get reduced OBC from your agent as opposed to having them listed from the get-go.

I just booked a placeholder onboard and, as with Partyof4LA, the CM at the future cruise desk confirmed that I wanted to stay with Costco Travel and use the credit card attached to our onboard account. When I got home and checked my e-mail, I had been copied on an e-mail confirmation from DCL that was sent to Costco Travel. If Costco is not noted as the TA for your placeholder for some reason, you should be able to transfer the booking to them (within 30 days, I believe). I would call DCL first to check whether Costco was designated and, if not, what exactly the process is for transferring. It's a little odd because there is no a actual date or itinerary associated with the reservation.

I called Costco yesterday to have them pull the reservation into their system, as I've done for past onboard bookings, and the rep I spoke with wasn't sure how to handle the placeholder so she put me on hold while she spoke to a supervisor. When she came back on the line, she said that I should call back when I'm ready to book a specific sailing, and they'll pull the reservation over then. I'm not 100% satisfied that she gave me correct info, so I'm planning to call DCL to confirm the procedure.

I created the placeholder they asked me if I wanted to put down Costco as the TA but they couldn't confirm if I would also get the Costco incentives.

You have 30 days to transfer a reservation to a TA. The OBB benefits should remain intact, plus whatever the TA offers; if it's just a placeholder, blackout dates apply so you could lose the discount if you ultimately end up cruising on a blackout date.

Also, I believe this fall DCL adjusted (again) commission structure. Many TA's offer reduced commission or even no commission on transferred reservations. In the past, Costco did not reduce their offer for transferred reservations, but I don't know if the current change has caused them to re-evaluate.

I suggest you contact Costco Travel directly and ask your questions.

Enjoy your cruise!
