Hi!
I've actually posted some already, but now that I'm officially addicted to the DIS, I figured it was time to introduce myself in here!
My name is Nikki (27)...DH (27) and I have decided to take our DD (2) to WDW for her first time in December (9th-14th). We're taking my ILs along w/ us to help us out w/ our DD.
My FIL's family lived in Orlando until his parents died a couple of years ago, so my DH's family has been to WDW a gazillion (ok, maybe a little exagerated) times since he was little. DH was actually sick and tired of Disney and did NOT want to go when my family invited us to go along a few years ago. But I talked him into it and it was our first trip to WDW together...he had the best time! I think he saw it in a new light...different experience sharing it w/ your wife and not your parents, brother, and sister, y'know? We went back again two years ago w/ some friends and their DD3, and had an even better time! We've had the itch to go back ever since, and had planned to go this past December, but he got a new job and didn't have the time off. So, that's why we've decided to go this coming December.
FIL and MIL, on the other hand, are still a little sick and tired of Disney, though! But they are excited about going back to see their grand-daughter enjoying herself, and experiencing the Disney magic for the first time!
Oh, one more thing, I also found out a couple of days after Christmas that we are expecting our second child! He/She is due at the end of August, so we will be leaving this little one w/ my parents while we're gone. I'm sure it'll be hard to leave my 4-month-old newborn, but by then we may need the break...plus, I think it'll be important for us to give our DD (who will be 3 at the time) a little alone time w/ mommy and daddy.
Ok...sorry...I'm a bit of a rambler...but like I said, I'm addicted already to the DIS, so I figured I'd give an intro to myself!

I know you will miss the baby but think of it this way now you have to plan another trip!!!!
