Booked holiday and now moving! Help?

Hi everyone!

Me and my partner booked our Disney holiday in Feb, we're going in Aug 2014
We will be moving house next month so once we have moved in we need to let them know so our Mickey Mail can be sent to our new address.
I know you can give them a call but as we are Welsh, our address may be quite difficult to say over the phone and I don't want to risk the address being wrong, and us not getting our Mickey Mail!
(It's happened quite a lot in other places, even when spelling it out over the phone!)
So my question is, is there a way of changing your address online or is there an email that I can forward the address to?

Thats the email address I've had a reply from after using an online link to email them.

I had a similar problem as my email address is o2 and they used 02 and I wasn't getting confirmation emails.

Just make sure they don't amend the booking to a new one. We also moved last year and they processed it incorrectly so we initially lost our free dining as the date on which the amendment was made was ineligible. We eventually got it put back on but had to speak to several people first - very stressful!

I changed my address via email just by replying to the email address that sent the invoice.

Blimey! Dd5 has just been learning how to write her address at school. Pity the reception class in that town ; )
