I've always booked our next trips pretty far out...and in the past when I've booked into the next year before the rates come out I'm given the current year's rates, which are then adjusted when the real rates come out.
Today I called to reserve a room at the Contemporary from 1/30-2/7. This would be considered value season in 2008, and I would assume will remain part of value season in 2009. BUT, when booking today I was charged PEAK 2008 rates!
I know that when 2009 rates come out, things should adjust, etc. to be the true price. But, I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this? I wonder if they're working to try and discourage us early bookers??
