the sushi! Saw a pic of the Kazan Roll and had to have it, we have already booked all our TS and didnt have any more TS credits left but I had an open night b/c booked Narcossee so we were suppsoe to use a CS for that open night but DH and I decided we rather pay OOP and share sushi and a flat bread and couple drinks instead and use the CS for another meal! Im really excited we NEVER do signature dining and now we have two to celebrate our anniversary!

I was not a sushi eater before I dined at California Grill 2 years ago. I had had a roll as an appetizer and I now eat sushi on a regular basis and have become a regular at a local sushi restaurant where I have tried just about everything under the sun. All thanks to California Grill.

I recommend Yoshie's Deluxe Platter......it gives you a wonderful sampling of nigiri and maki. The maki on the platter consisted of 6 pieces from 5 different rolls.......all were excellent!! Nigiri included yellowtail, tuna, salmon, eel, squid, and sweet shrimp.

last time we went, i had the goat cheese ravioli (the best ravioli i have ever had in my life, hands down! ), and my mom had the lobster soup to start. then, we both had sushi! it was delicious! one of the best meals i have ever had at disney! enjoy!

YES! This was the "Tempura Malibu Roll" and it was MY FAVORITE! I wish I had tried the Kazan Roll.... I guess that's just a reason to go back

I'll try to post the pic of my DS favorite roll...

I'm not too fond of sushi, actually I dont like it much, but I tried my DH's when we were there and it was excellent, I might just get my own plate when I am there next time You won't be disappointed!

Spicy Kazan has both raw and cooked seafood components.

How "spicy" is it? I'm wanting to try it, but I'm a little nervous if it's really spicy. I'm a newbie when it comes to sushi. What other things might be good for me to try?

It is def spicy, but not overly so. I'm not a fan of spicy foods, and I love this roll. It doesn't make you sweat or make your eyes water.

Thank you so much! I really like the Tuna Three Ways at Cali Grill but I think I would like this too by the look of it. I'll have to try it in August!!
