I am a 60 year old grandmother and love disney.I would like to find the best book to use as an disney album for me. Not one for a child. I will get the autographs and ect while I am in disney in the fall. I will have all of my kids joining us and all 5 grandkids during the week, there will only be 3 days that all 15 of us will be there. we will eat a meal a day with the whole group. But this will be my album. I am not a fan of the 8x8 or the mini albums.

I use a 12x12 album. I've done Disney trips in CM albums and I did one in a top-loading Tinkerbell album from Disney.

You can get albums easily at AC Moore or Michaels, quite often on sale

There are several that I've seen that look less "childlike". The one I most like is a black one with an embossed Mickey head on it. If you didn't know it was Mickey and look fairly closely, you might think it's just a black scrapbook. I got an 8x8 for my DD's autographs from last summer like this because I am not really partial to the overly kiddie Disney books, either. And, there's nothing that says you have to get one that has Mickey on it at all. I agree with the PP. Look at ACMoore, Michaels, Hobby Lobby (great prices), and even Target for simple books that aren't as kiddie.

Personally, I do use the 12x12 albums 95% of the time, too. I much prefer them.
