Book through AAA or not?

Thank you for this.
We are sitting on the fence with booking with AAA or using our agent (that we have worked with since 2004!)
I understand that sometimes it is the luck of the draw, but not sure I want to risk it (Our agent wakes at ridiculous hours just to get my ADR's which I can't do from work...who at AAA will do that?!?!?! The guy I am talking to will not...and has said just as much. It will happen when he gets in...which might loose my ADR!)

Thank you again!

We have always booked through AAA and have been extremely happy. We booked so early the last time around, that free dining had not come out yet, but when it did out travel agent was more than happy to give us the discount. We have never had any prob with booking through AAA, and we'll continue to every time. To us, the discount just can't be beat:)

We used AAA for our first 2 trips ... and they were very helpful... then again, the specific agent we had was VERY Disney knowledgeable. I had 6 vouchers for airline discounts... she took the time and added each one to my trip, etc.

This time we are going through a private TA ... but I like her too. We had our trip booked, ADRs made, etc THEN we get the FD PIN ... called her, gave her the pin and we re-arranged our whole trip so we could get the FD (had to do room-only for 1st night, etc). She got 2 other families we were travelling with in on my FD pin ...
This TA is one of the owners, so she will work past the quitting time, etc ...

Have the numbers run both ways ... and see what looks better to you.

I am too OCD to book my own trip ... so I will always rely on someone else.

Either way ... happy planning !!
