okay so i've been really bored with books lately, they're just 'ehh' to me now.
i need a book that ya know, makes me think and stuff.
i don't want just another teen drama book, okay?
sorry i just wanted to get that out there.
any books?

The Yearling by Majorie Kinnan Rawlings (I think that's her name)

It's very good. It's was written in the 1920's, but it's not written in a horribly weird, confusing way like most old books. She's a simply excellent writer and the story is amzing, as well as the characters. It's about a boy in the 1860's who lives in Ocala Florida with his mom and dad and he gets a fawn (baby deer). It's not just about that, though, It's also about his life and him growing up. It really is a wonderful book.

The Book Theif -Markus Zusak.
The Da Vinci Code -Dan Brown.
Digital Fortress -Dan Brown.
Marked -PC Cast and Kristin Cast. (It's about a teenage girl turning into a vampire, but it's NOTHING like Twilight. It's actually really good.)
Fahrenheit 451 -Ray Bradbury.
To Kill a Mockingbird -Harper Lee.
Water for Elephants -Sara Gruen.

How about the Shakespeare Secretby J.L. Carrell. Think of it kind of like the Da Vinci Code, but it's trying to find a lost Shakespeare play, and people are being killed like Shakespeare's characters. It's hard to describe, but so far it's a pretty good book.

The Five People You Meet In Heaven - Mitch Albom is really good.
And my dad likes Tuesdays With Morrie - Mitch Albom..I haven't read it but I'm going to really soon.

A Separate Peace - John Knowles
The Scarlet Letter - Nathaniel Hawthorne

Both are semi difficult reads if you've never read them, but are very thought provoking

Speak by Laurie Ann Halsie.

It is kind of a teen drama book, thats about rape. It's very good and very sad.

The Wicked quartet series. Can't rmember the authors, but oh, it's spooky.

Ken Follett books. They're historical books, but they're so good. Right now I'm reading Jackdaws, which is about WWII. They're really long books though, I don't know how you feel about that.

Hmmm....

Miss Piggy's Guide to Life

Mrs. Bucket's Book for the Socially Unfortunate
(Haven't read it yet but I'm working on it. Based after an older BBC show. [Keeping Up Apperances])

You should try THE INLANDS TRILOGY by Ryan Christensen if you feel like satiating your post-Potter appetite. Great fantasy series!

thanks so much everyone.
i'll be heading to my library soon.
