I am trying to get a jump on our Dec. 2007 (first full week 2-9) WDW vacation. I want to get reservations for the WL, but all I can get are Courtroom View w/bunk beds rooms. To be honest this is more than I care to spend (I really would like just the standard room). According to a travel Agent that I was checking with, they said that the standard rooms have not been released yet.
Now my question is this. Should I go ahead and reserve this CV room, and hope that a less expensive one comes along, and try to change. Or should I wait a while longer (I am hoping that 15 months is long enough ahead that I should be OK) to see if a standard room might be released after the first of the year?
My understanding is that this first week of Dec. is an off time, and not nearly as busy as most of the year, so I was thinking that there should be at least some standard rooms available.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
