Hi everyone!

We usually visit disney the first week of january because of vacation scheduling but now we may not be able to stay as long and were starting to think about booking in december instead. How different are the crowds? weather? any tips?

Except for Christmas week and the week between Christmas and NYE, December is great! The crowds are actually low until about the 23rd or so - VERY low!

Weather is dicey. It will most likely not be very hot, but it can get very cold for Florida. That happened this year for sure - but not until later in December. Most years though it is fairly moderate - similar probably to what you've seen in January.

If you can end your trip before the crowds descend, it's a great time. All the decorations are up, MVMCP and Candlelight are running, and the parks are pretty empty.
