We got back from Disney Dec 6th and I was good and ready to come home. Both dh & I weren't feeling well the whole trip and we have 3 kids, the youngest one 2.5 (and tempermental.) And the last two days were cold and rainy. So though I knew it had been a great trip (it really was great) the last few days were hard and I've been glad the last two weeks to be home.
Fast forward to today. I'm at work. It's slow and I'm a bit bored and it's freezing & snowing. I decide to get a Diet Pepsi to perk me up. It's an old school pop machine and takes exactly 2 quarters & 1 dime. So I'm digging around in my coin purse and what do I find? A Splash Mt. fastpass. And suddenly I'm transported back to Splash Mt that day with my sister & b-i-l (they & their four kids went too) and them getting soaked before we even got started and us giggling and giggling. And then the parade & Woody and Jesse and how excited our toddlers were.
But that had only gotten me one quarter & one dime. So I went searching in the main part of my purse and found a Big Thunder fastpass! And that is when I decided that a Diet Pepsi simply wouldn't take away my boo-boo face. I love Disney World. Illness, rain, and cranky babies and all, it's still magical.
