It is a non-Disney resort/timeshare operated by Fairfield. It is not located on Disney property, but the access road had to connect to Disney's road system. There are no "on-site" perks, like resort delivery of purchases, resort charging, or Disney transportation.

Stayed there last week. It is very nice and location can't be beat. That being said we actually prefer the units and pool area at Sheraton Vistana Villages. Obviously the location isn't quite as good there.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay at either of these places again. You can't beat the accomodations for the price compares to on site!

It is a very nice timeshare resort. We only stayed there one night which just happened to be my birthday and they made such a fuss over me and my family. Throw in the free DSL and my hubby was dragging me to Old Key West the next day.

Nothing beats onsite Disney though for the transportation, extra magic hours, etc.
