There is no "best place," you have to shop. The easiest place to start is on ebay, as you will see multiple prices and you can look at the completed listings to see what its been selling for.

We used vacation Strategies. They are very well respected, easy to work with and our price was much less than Ebay

I chose VS because they have a cancellation policy ... plus the price (off season) & reputation.

Best place to book?

We have used Vacation Strategy twice. I like their cancellation policy as well. Vacation Upgrades and Farrells are 2 others that are used often by folks on these boards.

As others said just get quotes from multiple renters. Last May we used Vacation Strategies, then in Sept I used Shelby Resorts, but for our Dec trip we are using Aaron Washburn. Shelby Resorts and Aaron Washburn I found on myresortnetwork.com. It was funny how depending on the time of the year the same renters had such different prices. I originally wanted to rent all three trips from the same renter, but for each trip a different renter was a little cheaper. For all three trips I also got quotes from Vacation Uprades, Farrells Vacations, and checked on ebay. I just went with the cheapest that had good reviews.

We have rented through ebay and redweek.com.......You need to shop around for the best price. Good luck.

I've had success on ebay twice and got excellent deals (just got 4 nights in a 2 bedroom Presidential for $399). I've also had success with Vacation Upgrades.
