We are enjoying our first time at bcr . We have a 2bdr in tower 6. It all is fine and nice, plenty of room. It is near and newer but not as clean as I would prefer ...like the floor is vacuumed but hasn't been done well lots of crumbs and bits. in corners ...giant toenail in bath! Enjoy having W/D. No disney magic, but surely affordable .

I would call guest services and let them know about the cleaning, I have never been in one that was not very clean so hopefully it is a training issue.

Hope you have a good time, I never get that not in a bubble feel but maybe I am more spoiled by the large rooms and have never stayed at the DVC locations.

Same experience here,2 bd in tower 4. Im not staying outta the bubble agian! Just my 2¢.

Yes I tried to love it but couldn't quite do so...there didn't seem to be the same magic. There is a classiness or polish to disney missing at bcr--last year after a day at the parks in the rain baskets of towels were waiting in the lobby for guests as they walked in at the beach club. I don't think I got a hello or good morning ever as I walked past the lobby at bcr. People had beer bottles in their inner tube onI the lazy river ,cigarette hanging out of their mouth, just no clAss. Even the girl doing the pool activities was so loud and obnoxious on the microphone.
