I'm not sure if I should've posted this in the We Loooooove Bonnet Creek thread instead of creating a new thread so if it should be moved please let me know.

We will be staying at WBC August 14-20th in a 1bd deluxe. It will be my husband and I with our daughter who will be a 1.5 and our son 3.5. This will be our 2nd time staying at WBC, we stayed there in January after all the great things I read about it here. With small kids I like having a full kitchen and room for them to run around if it rains and we are stuck in the room (which happened in January actually)

During this trip it was cold so we didn't get to enjoy any of the resort amenities. For our upcoming trip we would like to combine our park time with time in the pool and doing resort activities.

For those of you who are familiar with the pools can you give me a rundown on the best tower/pool area for toddlers? The lazy river sounds great. Are there any zero entry pools, or splash pad areas? Being able to rent a cabana poolside would be optimal..

I would also like to avoid the pool with the slide that has a height requirement since I know it will lead to major meltdown if ds sees it but cant get on it.

Any advice or info you can give me will be appreciated!

I would suggest bldg 2 or 4 as the main building has the splash area and a lazy river. I prefer 4 as there is a parking garage between 4 & 5 so it is easy to get a parking space under cover from the sun. I can't remember which pools are zero entry. Slides are by bldg 3 & 6. The slide at 6 does not dump you into the pool.

The slide atBuilding 6 does have a height requirement. Not exactly sure what it is, but my 44" daughter wasn't tall enough. She was able to go down the other slide though.

There are slides at two of the pools (6 and 3, I think) and both have height requirements. I think the height requirement is 48".

ALL pools except the pool at Tower 4 are zero entry. The Tower 4 pool is a smallish "adult" pool, but everything else is zero entry. The main pool, and I believe the Tower 3 pool also have kids splash areas.

I personally like the suggestion of Tower 4, despite it being the only "adult" pool. It's just a short walk to the main building pool, which is great for kids -- and the Tower 5 pool is just a short walk the other direction. So both lazy rivers within easy walking distance.

Actually, I'd suggest Tower 1...you will be right next to the playground (which your kids may love) and the main building, which has the best spray park area and small baby pool for your kids (at 3 and 1, you can let them play in this gated area and keep less of an eye on them than in the zero depth entry where they can keep going)...
