Bonnet Creek vacancies

I was wondering if anyone has heard of or seen any vacancies at bonnet creek for sept or october 2009 for wither a 1 or 2 bed? Thanks!!!

That should be a relatively easy time to get in, but you're looking just a bit too early---right now, only folks that own at bonnet creek can book that time. You'll have a lot more owners to rent from when you get to ten months prior to check in, as that's when reservations open up to owners at all other resorts.

As an aside: Wyndham announced a huge increase in the guest fee a few days ago---so, be prepared for rental prices to go up a bit.

Thanks for you info. We have RCI to transfer, and when we called they just said there was nothing open, and then would put our names on a waiting list and call us if anyone banked.

Just curious, because I am renting in Jan. When does the increase kick in. Does it go by person or by rental? How much would it increase the average rental?

It goes into affect October 15. It's a per guest confirmation (rental) fee. Each owner gets an allottment of free gc (based on points owned), and then pays for all gc in excess of this amount. Generally, speaking it should add no more than $99 to the price of a rental, but as with anything supply and demand will dictate what the actual amount is.

That will be a little more difficult. Wyndham controls all deposits, and rarely deposits Bonnet Creek. That you are looking in September will help.
