Bonnet Creek Resort

I saw a sign for Bonnet Creek Resort on the same road as, maybe half a mile, from Caribbean Beach resort. Does anyone know about this?

This is a non-Disney resort on a small patch of land that is accessibly only from on Disney property.

There is a Fairfield timeshare located on the property at this time. I understand there is supposed to be others located there as well, but no Disney owned resorts. Other than being close to WDW, there are no other WDW perks for these guests.
