Hi! We booked a week 4/27 to 5/3 in a 2BR 2BA condo at the Bonnet Creek Resort (renting points from timeshare owners). Anyone ever stay there? Any overall opinions? Any bad buildings/rooms?

Thanks!!!

You are going to love Bonnet Creek. I know they have added more buildings since our last trip, but we were not bothered at all by noise, dust, etc.... The location is great and the rooms are beautiful. Have a great time!

Thanks for the responses! That older thread with the pics was awesome.

We are really looking forward to it. We got a great deal on the condo from a very reputable eBay member. The confirmation says we are in "Building 4" whicever one that is. Hopefully it will overlook the lake but if not maybe we can see some fireworks from the balcony!

I'm the one who posted the old thread - it was very nice there. I'm sure you'll love it. By now the buildings that were under construction last year should be done. Even with the construction going on when we were there, it was great. Have a great time!

We are heading to Bonnet Creek the 2nd wk of April. I was told the mini golf is free!
They said that building 4 is done but still working on the landscaping area etc...I think we are in building 4 also, I am going to double check when I call to go over reservations. Trying to get more info on what side to ask for lake side or parking lot side.... heard the Epcot Fireworks are great from the balcony :cool1:

If anyone has any info or any updated photo's - any suggestions or things to bring - that would be very helpful !
Excited to head south!

The minigolf is free unless things have changed. There were also ping pong tables by the main pool.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom in January and loved the room. It was nice and spacious.

I got there late (10ish pm) and on a Thursday so I didn't get the best building. I was in the back near the construction of the new bldg but I wasn't bothered by any noise and was not on the lake side. However, I went to the elevator and looked at the lake, I could see Spaceship Earth partially!

didn't stay long enough to play mini-golf or go into the heated pools. We had a packed Schedule with visiting friends near Cocoa Beach, the Pirate and Princess Party, Chef Mickey's and Sea World in 3 days.

I plan on staying here in August. I just have to make my reservations through Wyndham.

I also liked that it was a VERY SHORT drive to Downtown Disney.

Mini golf is free as are the ping pong and pool tables. My kids love the lazy river and the pool slide. One thing I like about the resort is the nice big pool towels that are provided. It's nice to not have to pack these.

We stayed there in October. We were also in Building 4. It's the newest building. We were on the 15th floor (top level) - it was fabulous! We faced their lake and could see the pool, but if you're on the other side of building 4 you can see the the fireworks from your balcony every night. If you are on the lake side, you can go to the windows by the evelator banks to see the fireworks too. All the furnishing are new and it's just a beautiful building and resort. Enjoy!

We were there earlier this month and absolutely loved it. We are ready to go back. We have always stayed at a Disney hotel, but with our group of 6 this worked great. We will most likely return to Bonnet Creek next time instead of a Disney hotel. We had a 2 bedroom and loved the space. We were in the Viento building (not sure of building number) with a parking lot view, but it didn't bother us. We checked in about midnight and were told we could switch to a different unit the next morning, but we didn't. We were barely in the room. I read a lot of complaints about noise. We didn't have any problem with noise in our unit.

The pool areas looked really nice but we never used them. We were too busy doing the parks. The mini golf is free. We never saw anyone playing.

Enjoy your vacation. I'm sure everyone will love Bonnet Creek as much as we did.
