Bonnet Creek condo vs. hotel: What am I missing?

I have been looking into staying at one of the Bonnet Creek properties for 3 or 4 nights this summer. It seems to me that the hotel prices are higher than renting a 2-bedroom condo. Is there an advantage to staying at one of the hotels vs. the condos that I'm not aware of? Daily housekeeping is all I can think of, but I'm not familiar with the properties so maybe there is something else, such as location. I know the hotels charge a daily resort fee and a parking fee, not sure if the condos charge for that also, but there I've seen a guest confirmation fee for the condos. However, in the end it still looks cheaper to stay in a condo vs. the hotel. Maybe people feel more secure booking through a hotel vs. renting? Any feedback would be great!

If you're planning to visit the parks you need to pay for the shuttle from the condos. They don't run frequently either so you may end up paying for taxis or parking.

That would certainly add up. We have a car and annual passes/DVC so I don't have to worry about shuttles/paying to park.

Housekeeping is the only tangible thing I can think of but I will gladly make beds and wash towels since I get a washer, dryer, kitchen, dining room, more beds and space. Yes the hotels have free shuttles but you pay resort fees and parking fees so .... not so free.
