I am not so great at picking choices and getting a teensy bit overwhelmed. There is some truly amazing info compiled on this board, and though I tried multiple searches, I can't seem to find the answers these particular questions. If there are some BC regulars who could help me I would appreciate it so much!
So.. we will be staying at the BC resort for 3 nights in a few wks. Already being from FL and just wanting to get away to have family time and relax, we are skipping parks this time. Other than some minimal excursions (ex- Gatorland), we will spend most of our visit at the resort... therefore proximity is important. I have a 17 mth old who has a very low threshold and I want to be located pretty close to things for him to do, but also not so far away that it feels like a super long walk for a dip in the lazy river.

1. How many kiddie pools are there and at what specific towers?
2. How many playgrounds are there and (on the map it looks like one currently and one to be built ?) If more than one, is one better than the other?
3. Where is the indoor activity center for kids?
4. When pool hopping, how long (approximately) does it take to walk from one side of the lake to the other?
4. Not using a fireworks view as a consideration, anyone recommend a specific tower for toddlers?

No kids... but I can answer a few of these questions.

1. There are 2 kiddie splash areas. 1 at tower 3's pool, and another located at the Main Building pool. The pools at the Main Building, Tower 5, Tower 6, and the Hotel all have Zero Entry areas as well.

2. I think they built just the 1 playground, which is located by the main building on the Tower 1 side.

3. The Primary Activity Center is located in the Main Building. There is also one located at Tower 6.

4. Walking times can be subjective due to everyone's different pace. Distance wise, It's really not that far from one side of the lake to the other, especially now that construction at the resort is now completed and the walking loop is complete. I'd feel comfortable saying that most people can easily walk from one side of the lagoon to the other within 5min at a very relaxed pace.

5. No kids, so It's hard for me to say. The Tower 5/6 area might be nice with the zero entry pools right outside the back door of the building, and the tower 6 activity center there as well. Tower 5 also has the lazy river around the fort which not only would help provide more shade (more trees around those pools than the one a the main building and tower 3).

It might also be worth mentioning that the Main pool and Tower 6 pool are also Saltwater pools.

Hopefully someone with more kid experience than I might be able to chime in with some additional information and advice.

I know there's a playground near Tower 2. My kids loved it when we were there in April.

I didn't notice one near the main building, but I wasn't looking for it.

I would say it takes about 15 minutes (tops) to do a complete loop around the lake. I thought everything was much closer than the pictures make it look.
