Bonnet Creek booking question

We are hopefully going to Disney in December and I'd like to check out Bonnet Creek. I've read a lot about it on the DIS, but I can't figure out how to book a reservation! Do you have to contact an owner or is there somewhere to do it online?

Generally, you'll get the best price from an owner. Wyndham owns some inventory and rents it directly, and some looks like it ends up on Expedia.

To find an owner, check redweek or ebay. If you are going at a lower-demand time, booking within 60 days of check-in from an owner with lots of points bought directly from Wyndahm can get you a better deal. If you are going at a high demand time, though, you'll need to book quite a bit farther in advance---as much as 10 months (or in rare cases, more).

If you are only staying for a couple of days it may be a good option, but if you are staying for a week you will save a lot by going to an owner. There seems to be a number of “commercial owners” who have a mullion plus points and rent regularly and are very experienced

Thanks for the information so far (and to those who PM'd me as well). This is really a last-minute decision to go December 18th to the 24th so I'm not sure if we'll even be able to find anything available. We have to work around DDs college break so that's why we are only doing the 6 nights. I really like what I see from the photos of BC...as well as all the room.....so hopefully we'll be able to come up with something.

I have also booked for early December through vacationupgrades.com and have a great service so far. Have never booked through an owner before so of course was slightly nervous but couldn't be happier. Resort looks great and for $120 a night for a 2 bed, is a great deal.
