Bonnet Creek 4 BR Presidential

I am planning a visit to Disney in October. Am researching lodging options. Have a choice of a 3 BR deluxe or a 4 BR Presidential. Am leaning toward the presidential, but I have read some reviews about furniture in poor condition, etc. if that is the case I don't want to spend the extra money. Does anyone have recent experience with the 4 BR presidential? Any idea if those suites have had recent renovations? And, are these suites in building 1?

We just stayed in a 4 bedroom presidential during the week of Thanksgiving in building 1 and it was very nicely furnished. We we're very impressed and felt the presidential was well worth the money. hope this helps.

Stayed in a 4 bed pres in building 6,room 1804.Everything ,including the fireworks view was top notch.Disney deluxes can't touch it in any way.
